Coolness: A chill place to be a hot mess.

Hey, Michelle here. I'm the founder of Hotness, a proudly Canadian intimates brand designing cooling and light leak-protecting underwear (and matching tanks coming soon) specifically for perimenopause. I started Hotness based on my own desire to find something to keep me cool and comfortable while the rest of my body was losing it's sh*t. Something that didn't require me to lose even more of my identity in the process. 

We're starting up a little blog where we can touch on hot topics, commiserate, share inspo, and share stories from the front lines of building our mid-life-woman-owned brand. We're devoted to helping make this transformative part of our lives as comfortable, and cool as can be.

Spending the last year building this has been a true exercise in the power of sisterhood. Having spent most of my career in male dominated fields, the reward of working with women going through the same transition at every step from idea to product has been the most fun. From my first advisors, to my factory partners, to my creative collaborators, I am so energized by the power that happens when women come together to create products we truly deserve.
